Pillars of Justice

Reconsiderations

We submit request for reconsideration to the decision maker of a refused application. As an opportunity for you to either present new evidence which was not available at the time of refusal, or inform the decision maker about a mistake or oversight that resulted the negative decision.

Immigration Appeals

We analyze negative decisions in immigration applications and begin by filing your notice of appeal in order to preserve your right to appeal. Once Appeal Record is received, we begin reviewing whether the decision is valid in law and if you have access to discretionary jurisdiction, or if you have humanitarian and compassionate grounds that leads to a positive decision.

Residency Obligation Appeals

We will design a strategy to allow you to best present your case on a de-novo hearing. We help you provide significant documentary evidence for your case and select witnesses who can best testify to strengthen your case.

Judicial Reviews

We challenge the reasonableness and procedural fairness of negative decisions,  we help applicants by reviewing the decision made, filing an application for leave and initiate the judicial review process. Utilizing the power of the judge to quash an immigration decision and send it back for re-determination, or to force a decision-maker to act on a delayed application, we fight for our clients so they can return to their normal lives.
